Insiders tip - Many safari companies tell travelers that any and every month is great for a safari. Often their clients are disappointed when they arrive at their destination and find the weather uncomfortable or that the wildlife has dispersed because of the rains or other natural phenomenon. We tell our clients the truth, highlighting the positives and negatives of each season.
All inclusive the right way - Many companies note that they offer all inclusive trips. When you actually get to the safari lodge you find there are extra charges for everything from a bush dinner to a village visit. This is not how we operate. Our itineraries include all activities, unlimited wildlife viewing mileage, all meals, all snacks, all non alcoholic drinks, park fees, airport transfers, accommodations, and most taxes and fees. All that is left is tipping, travel insurance and international and/or domestic flights. If any part of a trip is not included we make it clear to each client.
Your needs first - We are best known for our attentive service, attention to detail, and honesty. There is nothing more frustrating than emails and phone calls going unreturned or working with a company whose employees can’t remember your name or travel plans. We are available to speak with you from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. EST Monday thru Saturday and we look forward to discussing the various travel options with you. Whenever, wherever - A very important element of traveling to a largely unknown destination is the peace of mind to know that you will be properly taken care before, during and after your trip. While in Tanzania you will be met at each location and transferred from airports, to hotels to lodges and camps; your in country representatives are on call 24 hours a day to answer any questions you may have or to handle any problems that might crop up (as are we). In this way it is possible to travel with all the security of a packaged tour, but all the flexibility and privacy of an individual traveler.
